Basic Day of Coordinating
Up to 7 hours of day of services to include: setting up decor, ensuring a smooth ceremony and reception and overseeing clean up. Rate starts at $100 per hour. Minimum of 5 hours. 1 free planning consultation included. Travel fees included for up to 25 miles from Lebanon, OR.
Exclusive Coordinating
Up to 10 hours of comprehensive day of coordination service to include: decor setup, ceremony and reception coordination, cleanup and 2 hours of rehearsal time the day before. Includes 3 planning meetings, use of inventory of decor items (including some linens!) and a coordinators assistant if needed. Starting rate of $1,000 and additional hours may be added at an hourly rate. Travel within 25 miles of Lebanon, OR included.
Comprehensive Planning
Must be booked in conjunction with the Exclusive Coordination package and includes: A personalized wedding planning book, vendor & venue recommendations & scouting, up to 5 planning meetings, handling all communication with vendors, picking up & delivering rental items and a 5% discount on floral services. Planning starts at $1,000 and must be booked with the Exclusive Coordination package. Includes travel up to 25 miles from Lebanon, OR.
